the Government of the Republic of Niger Received Funding From the Special Fund of the African Water Facility (awf) Through the African Development Bank Group (afdb) and On-lent to the Société De Patrimoine Des Eaux Du Niger (spen) to Cover the Cost of the Project to Support Drinking Water and Sanitation Services Resilient to Climate Change in Niamey and Tillabéry (pasepa), and Intends to Use Part of the Sums Granted Under This Donation to Finance the Contract for the Development of a Water Resources Observation and Monitoring System to Improve Knowledge of the Impact of Climate Change on Water Resources and Strengthen Water Resources Monitoring Capacities. |
