Consultancy Summary
NORCAP is implementing a GCF funded project titled “Expert support to strengthen Niger’s operational capacity for accelerated and sustained access to climate financing” supporting the country to facilitates the conditions that help it unlocking access to climate finance.
This consultancy designed to conduct a dialogistic study to make an institutional capacity gaps assessment and evaluate FISAN’s readiness to get accredited and managed climate finance against GCF’s standards. This consultancy, building on the work that National Council on Environment for Sustainable Development (CNEDD) and NORCAP previous engagement with wider stakeholders, particularly, with private sector and the established dialogue mechanism for national level strategies to access sustainable climate finance. |
