the Government of the Republic of Niger Has Received Funding From the Special Fund of the African Water Facility (fae) Through the African Development Bank Group (bad) and Has Transferred It to the Niger Water Heritage Company (spen) to Cover the Cost of the Support Project for Resilient Drinking Water and Sanitation Services to Climate Change in Niamey and Tillabéry (pasepa), and Intends to Use Part of the Funds Granted Under This Grant to Finance the Training Contract for Fifteen (15) Fountain Managers and Public Facilities, and to Strengthen the Capacities of Women Through Social and Technical Training Within the Framework of the Support Project for Resilient Drinking Water and Sanitation Services to Climate Change in Niamey and Tillabéry (pasepa).
