Tenders Are Invited for Conducting the Technical Audit and Road Safety
The Integrated Project for Opening Up Cross-Border Production Zones (PIDZPT) Hamdara-Wacha-Dungass-Nigeria Border, under the supervision of the Ministry of Equipment and Infrastructure, is financed to the tune of 92,786,760,000 CFA francs by the State of Niger through an ADF loan of 39,473,200,000 CFA francs (50 million Units of Account) and a BOAD loan of 21,735,000,000 CFA francs, and by the African Development Bank (AfDB) through an ADF grant of 31,578,560,000 CFA francs (40 million Units of Account). The Ministry of Equipment and Infrastructure intends
to use part of the funds allocated under these financing arrangements to finance
the technical and road safety audit.
the Services Provided Under This Contract Concern the Technical and Road Safety Audit of Ongoing And/or Completed Road Works Within the Framework of the Project Implemented By the Project Monitoring and Execution Cell (csep). the Entire Range of Services for the Technical and Road Safety Audit of Road Works Will Extend Over Three (3) Years with Semi-annual Audits and An Additional Mission for the Final Acceptance of the Works, Totaling Seven (7) Missions. the Consultants Interventions Will Be Thirty (30) Days Excluding the Report Validation Period Per Semester. |
