the Services Provided Under This Contract Consist Of: Deepening and Updating Knowledge on Groundwater Resources in the Regions of Maradi, Tahoua, Tillabéri, and Zinder (geometry of Aquifers, Exploitable Potential, Quality, Recharge, Vulnerability); Establishing a Comprehensive Diagnosis of the Existing National Observation Network in the Intervention Area and Proposing a Master Plan for Optimization and Upgrading (rehabilitation, New Installations, Integration Into the National Database); Assessing the Actual and Potential Impact of Wastewater and Excreta Treatment Facilities on the Quality of Groundwater and Surface Water Resources in the Intervention Area, and Formulating Technical and Normative Mitigation Recommendations. |
