Tenders Are Invited for Selection of a Service Provider for the Implementation and Commissioning of the Security and Safety System of the Amf Umoa Headquarters
This International Invitation to Tender follows the General Procurement Notice for the 2026 financial year of the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA), published on the website amf-umoa.org.
The AMF-UMOA has allocated resources in its 2026 budget for financing the contract relating to the improvement of the fire safety and security system at its headquarters located in Abidjan, Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
To this end, AMF-UMOA is soliciting sealed bids from eligible, qualified candidates with the technical, human, material and financial capabilities necessary to perform the services.
The contract concerns the supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and integration of equipment and devices intended to enhance the safety and fire security of the AMF-UMOA headquarters.
Services include, in particular:
bringing the video surveillance control room into compliance;
upgrading the intrusion detection system;
the supply and installation of X-ray radioscopic inspection equipment;
the supply and installation of metal detectors, magnetometers and a security gate;
the installation of an access control system and a secure airlock;
the supply and installation of an automatic rising barrier;
the construction of an outdoor guardhouse for security personnel;
the recommissioning of the motorized gate;
the supply and installation of an electric fence;
the removal of non-functional alarm points;
the installation of a fire detection and alarm system;
the supply and installation of fire extinguishers;
the supply and installation of emergency signage and evacuation plans;
the provision of first aid kits;
staff training;
preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems;
the provision of technical documentation, user manuals and the file of works carried out.
The market consists of a single lot .
The supplies and related services will be performed at the AMF-UMOA headquarters in Abidjan-Plateau, Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
The overall contract execution period is set at 120 working days , starting from the date of notification of the start service order.
This Invitation to Tender is open to companies or groups of companies that are regularly constituted and specialize in the fields of safety, electronic security, fire safety and associated technical installations.
