The African Development Bank hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their bids in sealed envelopes for the identification of office spaces for the relocation of the Bank's National Office to Niamey (Niger).
Eligible are companies or groups of companies constituted in accordance with the legislation of a member country, the majority of whose share capital is held by nationals of the Bank's member countries and having their main center of activity in one of these member countries, the list of which is provided at www.afdb.org . |
