the Government of the Republic of Niger Requested and Obtained Financing From the African Development Bank (afdb) to Finance the Cost of the Project for the Development of Solar Power Plants and Improvement of Access to Electricity in Niger (rana) Which It Handed Over to Nigelec. Nigelec Intends to Use Part of This Financing to Make Payments Under the Contract: Design - Supply - Installation of a 10 Mwp Pv Solar Power Plant with a Battery Energy Storage System at Diffa and Operation and Maintenance Assistance as Well as Training of Nigelec Staff. for This Contract, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank's Guidelines and Procedures. |
