the Government of the Republic of Niger Has Obtained From the African Development Bank (afdb) Through the African Development Fund (adf) a Transition Support Facility Grant (tsf) in Order to Cover the Cost of the Project to Support the Development of a Strategy and a National Action Plan for Decent Employment of Youth in the Agriculture and Agri-food Sectors in Niger (papej2a), and Intends to Use Part of the Sums Granted Under This Donation to Finance the Contract for the Recruitment of a Firm Responsible for Carrying Out the Examination of the Financial Statements of the Project for the 2022/2023 Accounting Years; 2024, and 2025, and a Specific Audit of Project Acquisitions.
